Get India Store Return Policy

The Following Return policy is applicable to all items sold on Get India Store

 

1. An Item sold through Get India Store (.com) may be eligible for return within the applicable return time period if it fulfills one or more of the following :
   • Item was delivered in the physically damaged condition
   • Item has a missing part(s) or accessory(s)
   • Item is different from what was ordered
   • Item is different from its description on the product detail page on Get India Store

Note: Please note that products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.

2. All items must be returned in their original condition, with the price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you. We may reject the return pickup if the items are not returned according to our policy.
3. Incorrect order placed by customers are not eligible for return, In such scenario please reach out to us as soon as possible and we cancel it for you, but if the product is dispatched then it cannot be returned.
